We offer a complete range of services designed to ensure that you are up and running as fast as possible and that you are using your BSD accounting system confidently and efficiently.

Technical Support

Your will receive free technical support starting with your first call / fax / e-mail to the technical support centre during office hours. The support team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the setting up of your software or about the many advanced features it contains.

Pre-Paid Subscription
The pre-paid annual subscription includes the following:

12 months of technical support for the subscription period.
A 10% discount on the purchase of any other BSD product or service.
You will also be on a priority list to receive information regarding new versions, product enhancements, etc.

Service contracts range in price from $75.00 – $200.00 per year depending on the product you are using and whether it is a single-user or network version

Pay as You Go

The pay as you go service is simple to use. Whenever you need to contact the technical support team you will be charged on Jobs basis / Site Visits Basis. The fee for using this service is $10.00.

Regardless of which option you choose you will always have access to the latest maintenance upgrades through our on-line support centre.
